Terms of Use
Last updated: 12 October 2026 (revision 2)
General provisions and scope
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website buzgyova.com, including its public content, the contact forms and requests for an initial legal consultation. The operator of the website is Buzgyova & Partners Law Firm (Адвокатско дружество „Бузгьова и Партньори“), BULSTAT 180963283, with registered office at 41 Todor Aleksandrov St., fl. 2, Blagoevgrad (the “firm”).
The Terms apply to any use of the website. The processing of personal data through the website is governed by the Privacy Policy, and matters connected with the provision of legal services — by applicable Bulgarian law, including the Attorney at Law Act.
Website content and legal information
The articles published on the website and its remaining content are primarily educational and informational. They reflect the legal rules and practice as at the date of publication and cannot take account of all the factual circumstances of a particular matter.
General information on this website does not by its nature constitute individualized legal advice and cannot replace the assessment of a particular matter after review of the actual facts, documents and objectives of the parties. Decisions on legal steps should be taken after consulting an attorney.
Contact forms and enquiries
Visitors may submit enquiries through the General Contact form or through the Free Initial Consultation form.
Submitting an enquiry constitutes a request for communication or an initial assessment. It does not automatically create an agreement for the provision of legal services, nor an obligation on the firm to undertake procedural representation or other legal work on the matter.
The firm may request additional information before responding to an enquiry and may decline to take on a matter for good reason, including a conflict of interest or the lack of the necessary expertise.
Free initial consultation
The free initial consultation provides general legal orientation on the matter described — the possible approaches, the necessary steps and the indicative risks.
It does not automatically include the preparation of documents, the conduct of court proceedings, representation before authorities or other paid legal work.
Any subsequent paid engagement, its scope, deadlines and remuneration are agreed separately and expressly with the client.
Urgent matters and statutory deadlines
Submitting a form does not suspend procedural, tax or other statutory deadlines.
For urgent legal matters and expiring deadlines, visitors must not rely exclusively on the website forms; they should seek direct contact with an attorney in an appropriate manner and in due time.
Personal data and confidentiality
The information you voluntarily provide through the forms is processed for the purposes of:
- receiving and administering your enquiry;
- assessing the requested legal matter;
- contacting you about the requested service;
- providing preliminary legal guidance where appropriate;
- maintaining the necessary correspondence and records concerning the enquiry.
The categories of personal data, the legal bases for processing, the recipients, the retention periods, confidentiality and your rights as a data subject are described in the website’s Privacy Policy, which is read together with these Terms.
Enquiries are handled in compliance with attorney–client privilege and professional confidentiality under applicable law. The firm exercises the necessary care to protect the information provided; these Terms do not give assurances beyond the legal regime actually applicable, and an enquiry should include only the information necessary for the initial assessment.
Individual feedback invitations and informational communications
Following an actual legal consultation, the firm may, on an individual and discretionary basis, invite you to share feedback on the communication and guidance provided, including through a voluntary Google review. Separate follow-up review invitations are not automatically sent solely because a form was submitted.
An invitation for feedback sent by email is permissible only where an applicable lawful basis exists and the requirements for personal data protection and electronic direct marketing are met. Submitting an enquiry or accepting these Terms does not in itself constitute marketing consent or replace any prior consent required by law. Any existing-customer exemption is assessed separately in each case.
The only optional checkbox in the two public enquiry forms concerns receiving useful legal information, updates and communications about the firm’s similar services. It is not consent to Google review invitations. Your choice does not affect the handling of your enquiry and may be withdrawn at any time.
You may request that optional communications stop by writing to buzgyovapartners@gmail.com. Reviews are entirely voluntary, regardless of the rating, and should not disclose personal data, legally privileged information or details of a particular legal matter.
Third-party links and services
The website may contain links to external services and platforms — for example Google Maps, Google reviews and social networks.
Visiting those services is voluntary and takes place on your initiative; their own terms of use and privacy policies apply to them, and the firm is not responsible for them.
Intellectual property and permitted use
The website’s original content, the firm’s branding and its materials enjoy the protection of applicable law.
Quotation and sharing with attribution for personal and informational purposes are permitted. Systematic reproduction, modification or commercial use without the firm’s prior consent is not permitted.
Nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted to you by mandatory law — for example quotation and reuse under the conditions of the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act.
Liability and limitations
The firm makes reasonable efforts to keep the website available and the information published on it accurate as at the date of publication. Continuous availability of the website is not guaranteed, nor is the continued currency of its content after changes in legislation or case law.
Electronic communication without confirmation of receipt is not a guaranteed means of transmitting messages; important messages should be confirmed by another appropriate means.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including professional liability under the Attorney at Law Act.
Amendments and applicable law
These Terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page, with the date of the last update indicated at its beginning.
Bulgarian law applies to these Terms and to the use of the website, without prejudice to rights arising from mandatory provisions of any other applicable law.
